Natural Nasal Decongestant methods.

Any body have some advice? My mom is sick and she is having some nasal issues. I googled and nothing came up. Can anyone help me? :thumb:

Saline solution. She could make it (very mild) or you can buy it in a spray. Some have chemicals added. Make sure it is 100% Saline. (salt)

ziacam is great, the cold remedy and seasonal allergy stuff is homeopathic and work great for me. The decongestent and sinus pressure relief is not. (works great, not homeopathic) All three come in a no drip nasal gel. Highly recommended.

Thanks for the replys guys, I'll see what I can do. I actually boiled some water and put it in a pot so she could breath in the steam through her nose. She said that helped alot.

Ya, but he just uses it as a pre lube to help the coke go up smoother. :D

could try some vicks vapor rub, or if u need something natural some eucalyptus leaves in a pasty form.
