links bar

i used to have this links bar just below the Address bar, which i put several links which i can click on....

the bar which i can put links has disappeared. how do i get the bar back?

View -> Toolbars -> Links

there are a few other ways also

the word links is beside my address bar.

i meant the whole bar which used to be below my address bar.

i used to be able to put liks icons on the bar.
