@home software

I installed the software and remived it, and deleted the keys in regedit. But it keeps coming back! What to do next? Also I keep getting this before my home page browser.secondpower.com I cant seem to get rid of it.

Yup, b/c it doesn't sound like uninstalling was successful.

You could try installing and uninstalling agian, but I doubt that will do it.

If you happen to be running W/ME try the system restore. If you are running W/98, I would even try the registry restore from DOS. Maybe one of these will help and save you the time of a format and reinstall of Windows.

Note that installs made after the selected date will have to be repeated.

and there's a space between scanreg and /restore

like this:
scanreg /restore

reinstall windows

or a last resort format and install

and don't install that software ever again! heh
