Try calling while the DSL is down. Intermittent problems can be hard to sort out. I think it is on their end.
You might try a release and renew using winipcfp (Start > Run> type> winipcgf [enter]). Another thing you might try is unpluging the modem for 30 seconds then plug it in again. Sometimes that works.
