how to run the disc

i inserted the CD to my pc but it doesnt run automatically...what should i do to read the file from the disc?

Open Windows Explorer and navigate to your CD drive.

If you notice, Burke did not say go to Start-Run, he said:

Open Windows Explorer and navigate to your CD drive.

If you are having trouble following this simple instruction turn off your PC immediately and walk away from it and do not return.

r u using s-ata? i'm new, like I don't have one yet, but i went out of the way to get a mobo that supports it, so now your telling me its all dead?

I went into the bios of the p4 downstairs, temperature of 78!, had to activate fans, but not trigger cmos opperation? all is well, folding on!

if you must use the run command. just type in the letter of your cd-rom..ie start>run "d:"
