This is me, this is where i live lol, I have tried numerous tweaks, nobbles, copious hammer use, chicken sacrifice and even tried to bribe it with beer alas it has been unsucessful.
I live in sweden at present and have a 8mbit/800kbit adsl connection. currently im getting around 500-600k d/l and 60-70k up, at one point i did achieve around 880k/s with 80-90k/s with various tweaking alas it was short lived 'i think that was when i bribed it with the beer'.
I would appreciate any insight, help or even just new bribing tactics
