Wannado b/band problem

Wannado b/band problem

My mate at work has a problem with his wannado broadband connection he says it will be connected for like 10 hours or more then jusc cut off and won't reconnect he has been on the phone with wannado for over two weeks now and is getting pretty peed off with them any ideas :irate:

:D unfortunately the case is not new
BWT wannado is a French origin
exactly French Telecom (national)
& still have problems with quality.

Last week (12-18.02.2005) I have not the Internet
due to ISP's server authorization damage
(modems were connected
but had not authorization of customers
so several thousands customers did no received IP)
& no one in ISP (also managers) can answered to any complaints
IMO it look like THE admin was on one week leave

BTW wannado access manager
is used in my ISP (adsl)
it is PL national telecom means Telekomunikacja Polska (TPsa)
& is monopolist on the PL market
& was purchased by French Telecom a few years ago
