Whats an easy way to test my Upload Download speeds. I have RR in NC.:

go to www.dslreports.com and check there. That's an easy way and quite accurate.

I think you have 3mbit down cap and 384 kbps cap though.

Thanks I got 1798 down 357 up. Is that good for a cable modem? :)

It's a perfect speed for a cable modem. Your upload cap is higher than normal (which is good) and your download is very nice.

Rhinosdawgs, have u tried a reg patch yet? It could improve ur d/l speeds.

This is the speed report from this weekend!
My speeds have increased as of this weekend, I called @home about a slow email issue last Thursday and when I went online Saturday & Sunday, this is what I found. I test my connection at many sites ie: DSL Reports,2Wire.com, and Toast.net, all test reported back with increased results. This is great, I have not seen these speeds in a long time. I don't know what happened but I like it! :)

I get 3-4Mbps down and 250-450Kbps up
