windowsxp often restarts what shall i do

Welcome to Speed Guide. Can you tell us a little more about the computer? How big is the hard drive, old computer, RAM, CPU?... stuff like that.

Right click on My Computer - properties - advanced - startup and recovery - settings - under system failure uncheck "automatically restart" then post the BSOD error code you get the next time this happens.
