some of you may know it as White Castle or "Butt Burners" lol, same thing

though i've only been to a Krystals

just wanted to say we FINALLY got them in Texas!!!!!!

i'm familiar with that little square burger cause i've been going to Georgia to visit relatives since i was born, so i've experienced Krystals

but we never had them here in Texas, the closest one was in Mississippi

well, they finally opened up a Krystals here!

they had this grand opening special thing and the place was PACKED, and I hear its STILL crowded, people here love these little things, they should have opened up ages ago, people here love it

anyways, just wanted to say that, cause its always been like a Tradition of ours to go to Krystals while in Georgia, and bring some back

I eat white castle sometimes, love to stuff em down. Everyone says they get the runs but I never seem to. I usually buy them frozen and heat up 4 or so

LOL ... ask the employees there if they are inmates working on work release since the ones in mississippi and alabama are...

Dont know if i would trust inmates to serve me food...

Brent they also have holes in them..better to let the fat drain..we had a few White Castles here in NE Ohio,We used to buy the burgers by the dozen.. and the buns were't bad eithier..but I know 3 of the franchises have folded..1 in Elyria, 1 in Eastlake and 1 in Berea..

I kinda miss them in my area..

So where do them yummy burgers come from?

Many of us were surprised to learn that despite the F.D.A.'s 1997 ban on feeding cattle cattle meat and bone meal, feedlots continue to rear these herbivores as cannibals. When young, they routinely receive ''milk replacer'' made from bovine blood; later, their daily ration is apt to contain rendered cattle fat as well as feed made from ground-up pigs and chickens – pigs and chickens that may themselves have grown up on a diet of ground-up cows. But the grossest feedlot dish we read about in our newspapers over breakfast has to be ''chicken litter,'' the nasty stuff shoveled out of chicken houses – bedding, feathers and overlooked chicken feed. Since this chicken feed may contain the same bovine meat and bone meal that F.D.A. rules prohibit in cattle feed, those rules are, in effect, all but guaranteed to break themselves. Oh, yes, I forgot to mention one of the ingredients in chicken litter:
