To summerize another report which is the predicessor to this one. There was a shooting involving 2 or 3 men attacking another man on a public bus. The other man was shot in the head as he ran to the front of the bus. An 11 year old girl who was sitting at the front of the bus was also shot in the head and was sent to the hospital. I think they said she will live. Only one freaking passanger on that bus has contacted police to provide them with information on the attackers. They haven't contacted the police to let them know if they didn't see anything either.

Doctors say she could lose sight in the eye. But fears she may have suffered permanent brain damage were allayed when doctors revealed Monday that the bullet did not penetrate her skull.
Tamara was reported in stable condition.
If I had been on that bus the first thing I would have done was go to the police. It is the right thing to do, morally and ethically.
