tryed 7 patches, cable still slow???

tryed 7 patches, cable still slow???

HI,
ive tryed about 7 patches to improve my speed but theres no diffrence?
my highest speed is 40kbs,
i phoned my isp and they say im cappedat 512kbs
so what speed should i be getting?
also how can i improve my speed?

You should get around 57.6KBytes...
