Per this thread over at Lucas forums,

I raised the fps of the server up to 80, and raised max players to 48.

Lets see if she runs any different.

Nice..I saw your post on the LA forums. I am stoked about playing with more than 30fps!! That is the only gripe that I had. I can't wait to get home and pwn. My in-game name is dorkpwner. Hope I see you before you see me.

what should my ticks be set too?

what is it anyways ? i know its for the game

Ticks are the map counter in multiplayer. I'm pretty sure it can be set from one server to the next via the admin server program.
