Hey everyone, I recently downloaded hijackthis and ran a search of the system and wouldnt really know what to look for so was wondering if someone would mind telling me what bad and so on. Thanks alot for your time!

You don't seem to have any real spyware or hijackers present as far as I can tell.

You could remove some of the entries that are starting programs at boot up...and maybe some of the HP junk.

Get rid of-

Getting rid of those entries will basically allow for a slightly faster boot and less resources used.

I personally would get rid of any HPupdater entries as well and maybe soem of the other HP stuff. They will actually send you pop-up ads for upgrades and the like...useless.

Seems like you have 2 AV apps running as well..make sure only one is running a 'real-time' scan.
