Rights On taking Monitors Back ?

Hi just wondering what were ones rights if you bought a CRT monitor, and wanted a refund ? Only a day old

I've tried it but had problems with the driver, on attempting to install just got msg 'Parameter Incorrect !

'Am sticking with the LCD Monitor

Are there any recommended sites informing you of your rights on buying & returning goods ?

Didn't check when bought it , stupid I know , guess didn't expect a problem...............Have to check tomorrow

So could be stuck with a monster of a CRT, forgot how huge they were

Never mind put it down to experience

another sale for ebay
