ip lease

i was wondering if there is any router or switch that is easy to configure with a software to lease internet
i have a 10 room guest house all the rooms has cable (cable tv) what i wanted to do was setup a internet on the cable line to lease or sell internet minutes
i don't know if there is any hardware and software that can do that

Provide wireless, and charge your users upon checkin for a flat fee, per day :) Secure it via a WEP key and your done.
