Why is my UL speed soo slow?

As compared to the DL, the UL is about 1/30 the speed of the DL.

Anyone know if this is typical or maybe I messed up when doing registry settings.

Any help would be appreciated.

The registry settings do not effect the upload. You could try turning the modem off then turning it back on after 10mins

From what I remember a while back, my UL speed used to be around 75 KB/s, and now it tops around 30 KB/s. Could this also possibly be my ISP (Cable) putting a cap on my UL speed?

Thanks but I tried the unplugging method and same results.
