Disk Cleanup in XP pro..

Hey all question..I Just built a new PC with everything, runs like a top, it is formatted with XP Pro and all of the goodies, my quetion though is, when I try a disk clean up, it simpley hangs on "calculating" the amount of disk space, it WILL NOT go past this point, I have never seen this before...Any ideas? Everything else works awsome.
