I see all thes settings for dsl and cable.
What about if any for one-way cable?

Camper,

The SpeedGuide Tweaks are designed for your download speeds, not upload. And since you download through cable, these will work fine with your pre-existing OS. Granted that it is Windows.
Unfortunately, Surfboards have internal analog modems. Therefore, you can do nothing that I know of to tweak your Dial-up connection.

Yep, I'll second campers remarks about 1 way modems..... :)

You will be talking about a certain problem and they ask "what is your connection", you say "1 way cable modem", then the disscusion will take on a whole new topic.

What could be said in just a few words, turns out to be 9 to 10 minutes long with the explanation of 1 way cable modems.....lol
