I use McAfee Virus Scan and keep it updated regularly. Recently my internet connection has slowed to a crawl. If I shut the virus scan off Im fine. I never had this problem before. Do you think it may have something to do with the latest update ?

I use MCAFEE to > I had this proublem before. I just uninstalled It. Then cleaned out the reg and extra files it left. Then I reinstalled, It worked fine after that. I would venture to guess it had a corrupt file. I have the lastest update and am not haveing any problems. But its possible that your update was corrupt. This could cause the problem you are haveing. You may have redownload the update. If this dose not work you may have to reinstall Mcafee.

iflog , if i was you i would restart my pc and then go straight to .

START , PROGRAMS , ACCESSORIES , SYSTEM TOOLS ,SYSTEM INFORMATION

Then hava a look for this (System Resources Free)
My pc is currently running at (73% System Resources Free) , A little less then i would like

but you goto understand i run

*Black ice *AVG Anti virus*Cookie Wall*PopupKiller And X NetStat

, and all have been configured to load at startup.

So tell me iflog...What is your resources like..
