That's a nice laptop but I for one wouldn't get it. That thing is about 3in thick and weights 9lbs! Nine pounds don't seem like much but take it on a trip and you'll know it's a lug. I got the Alienware laptop a while back, ended up returning it. Also expect some heat issues, that's a desktop CPU in that thing so it's alot of heat to dissipate.

It's heavy for a laptop considering most average around 5-6. 9-10 is at the high end.

9 pounds is nothign compared to what they used to be back in the day. its liek a portable desktop solution, a real computer that fits in your lap.

thats my style. Centrino is nice but I want full power.

ugh ugh ugh, more power. I can't wait to install Far Cry, BFV, Splinter Cell and UT2004 on that beast. Just wish it was gonna be here before we go to Disney World in 2 weeks.
