Does the normal Abit NF7 support Sata. I think it only supports Ata 133. So If I was to get a Sata harddrive it would only run at the speed of a Ata 133 harddrive?
I currently got a WD Caviar WD600 IDE. If I was to get 2 10k rpm WD Raptors Sata with a raid card would I notice a difference in speed or anything if so what difference in stuff would I notice faster boot times etc. Thanks
