OK all, what do you think??

Here is the system, P3 900/512 PC133 Ram/60Gig Maxtor HD/ ATI Vid Card/ and a SoundBlaster 5.1 sound Card, I formatted it with XP Pro, put Norton 2004 Pro on it as well as Office 2003 Pro, now it formatted fine, I partitioned the drive, did all of the Windows Critical Updates, as well as updating Norton and scanning, I have updated and scanned and cleared all with Adaware/Spyware Balster and Spyboybot, now here's the situation, it randomly reboots, and also he has gotten the blue/white wrining screen of death, I ran a check disk both from XP and from the recovery console and it said it found and rpaired some errors, what could be causing the reboots and the blue screens? Is the hard drive pooched? Power supply? When it runs it smokes, it goes great, but them BAMMO, any ideas??Thanks all.

Yes, it's possibleit could be the power supply. Also, the RAM could be shooting crap.

Hmmm, interesting, I'll check that out, funny now I tried just now to do a Adaware scan, and a system scan with Norton, and both times, the mouse froze up and wouldn't move, I had to reboot both times..

check that cpu heatsink. could be overheating.

Here's the update, last night left it on all night with Clean KMD running a constant search for 8 Hrs, got up this morning all was fine, I then started a system scan with Norton, about 4 minutes into it, it rebooted itself, I checked both fans CPU and Power Supply, both are blowing fine....Any more ideas??

run something like 3dmark. that should stress your memory as a test.

have you looked into the error log yet?
