Ok this is very odd. When I download files I can only get a max of 225 KB /s. But when I do speed test it tells me that I am getting 1.953mb down. How can I only get a max off 225 KB/s on downloads in the download window when speed tests are telling me I am getting 1.9 down? Isn't that odd? What can I do to get my KB/s up past 225? And why are speed test reporting a higher speed then I am able to download? I am using Charter with 2/256.

My system:
P4 3250 mhz
512 ddr 500mhz 4000 ram
9800Pro
Audigy2
SATA Seagate 120gig drive
120 gig IBM drive

Thanks for the help. I am just lost as to why it is doing this.

225kB/s * 8 bits/byte = 2000kbps

You are right at your caps, stop complaining :)
