Raspppoe or Windows XP pppoe???
Is there any reason to switch to Raspppoe?

Only one and that would be the increase in MTU but that really is no reason to switch as you probably would not notice anything.
Why use third party software when you don't have to? Well unless that native item sucks and with XP PPPoE that is not the case. Microsoft actually did something well this time.
