I dunno, I think some of the mods have the power too... all the admin has to do is enable it for them to be able to do all that shiit.. . . I think lol

Yes you are right about the Admins giving the Mods power.

But banning isn't power. It's more fun to mess with peoples post counts, change their sigs, change their avatars, user titles. Make jokes about them. That's fun stuff.
