So how do I go about getting firmware updates? Hopefully Symantic will still support them.

I'm being told that there will be no end user support and updates for nexland products.

Got the letter the exactly the sametime that my 90 days where up.... If you want support you'll have to pay for it. http://nct.symantecstore.com/0001/Nexla ... ist-C.html You'll have to pay 65 for a gold membership on the pro800 turbo router. Then you'll get the downloads for updates.

I find the fact that they dropped support ridiculous... If someone needs firmware, ftp.nexland.com used to work till recently, or you can email me, I've downloaded all the firmware versions to date.

It's unfortunate that they are charging for updates. We tried a Symantec firewall at work and ditched it for a Lynksys. Too many problems. Thanks for the offer Philip. :D My last firmware update was around March.
