I'm not one for sueing people but this kid should get every penny he asks for.

Do the parents of those other children deserve to be sued??

The way I see it, your children reflect the values and morals you have bestowed on them. If their parents didn't teach them not to make fun of others then, IMHO, yes they do deserve it. If your child gets into a fight at school and causes damage to another kid then you are responsible for the medical costs of the other kid.

I am sure that the parents never told the 4 kids " go make fun of the chubby kid, it'll be funny" but alas, the didn't impress on their kids enough that every action has a reaction. This time it is a huge reaction to a little joke.

On the bright side it is only 56,250 CAD for each of the four kids to pay up.

Has anybody seen the website that had an interview with him and setup a donation to buy him an ipod and brought in nearly $5000? O_o If I was this kid I'd love the publicity I was recieving. But hey, he looked like a damned idiot in that video. It's his fault!

Yeah I read that. The fact is we have ALL done stupid stuff like that at some point in our lives. It just was'nt made public. I say get over it, but than again I'm not him.
