Kudos to newegg.....

Post by nepenthe »

I returned my MSI AMD duallie mobo to newegg after it met its end after 6 monthes of use. They do not have the same board any longer and are offering me a refund (with a 5% depreciation.). We shall see what will be done with my dead IT7 max which met a similar end.

I do appreciate the ends that this company will go to keep their customers happy. I will continue shop and recommend them.

shant,
david
I want to learn more and more to see as beautiful what is necessary in things; then I shall be one of those who make things beautiful. Amor fati: let that be my love henceforth! I do not want to wage war against what is ugly. I do not want to accuse; I do not even want to accuse those who accuse. Looking away shall be my only negation. And all in all and on the whole: some day I wish to be only a Yes-sayer.

while thankfully I have not gone through something like that, I have come to shop there for about 90% of my computer needs. I've been happy everytime.

I have used many different mail order companies and Newegg by far is the best. They bend over backwards to satisfy their customers. It is too bad companies like Newegg are few in numbers.

I think newegg is losing money with me. I have never intentially put my hardware at risk but it does **** up sometimes and they have always replace it. But since I got my intel setup everything has been going better than perfect.

I ordered from newegg for the first time this past week.

I realized after I put the order in about 30 minutes later I choose the wrong item, I picked OEM, meant Retail, called them up, took them 2 minutes to fix it, and that was it.

Very happy with service!

yup im gonna jump on the bandwagon here too......

ive spent thousands and thousands of dollars with them over the years. My only regret is that i didnt find them right off the bat.

i order things from them in California and they get here quicker than online joints in the neighboring states of ohio.

RMA's are a breeze as well.....they dont give you the run around or argue with you about it.

very fast service and prices are always inline with what pricewatch shows the lowest price to be.

cant say enought good things about them.
