Questions about a sound selection on Cyberpower PC

I'm ordering a new PC today and I was curious about the "Build In AC-97 Sound [-50]" option under the soundcard. I am buying a Sound Blaster® Audigy™2 Platinum eX elsewhere cause they don't have it at cyberpower. If I select this option, will i still be able to install my soundcard with no conflicts with the built in one or will i be able to take the stock soundcard out completely (if that's the nature of the hardware that their talking about). Thank you very much for you help.

you would disable it in the bios

it will work fine
