LOL, of course.

At one point about four years ago, I was 100+ pounds fat (notice I did NOT say "overweight"...calling a fat person overweight is the equivalent of calling a retarded person "slow." It's a nice, P.C. way to describe the condition. :D )

I'm 5' 9 1/4" tall, and the "ideal" weight range is 160-170. At my worst, I was around 270. YIKES. Part of the program includes eliminating as many empty calories as possible.

But a brotha still gotta get his sweets on from time to time...
