What is internat.exe?

I use win2k. The startup is very slow. I check my system and see there are some programs, like internat.exe, loadqm, running in background. I disable loadqm, but I don't know anything about internat.exe. Can I disable it from startup?

One is legitimate but there is the possibility that what your seeing is a virus also. You might want to investigate further on this one.
