i'll be honest
that is fairly expensive ram. I'm running with the Samsung TCB0 series ram (ddr 333) and it's handling 150mhz without a single problem. Unless your trying to hit incrediable speeds or really push your system, there is no real need to get it.

For a inexpensive alternative the Hyper X ram is ok for a slightly OC'd box. For any real OC and performance the Corsair is the way to go and is well worth the price.

hi, i'd like to be the first to say that my next ram will be hyperx and not corsair. tons of people have gotten it up to high speed, and who the **** needs their ram to run at 217MHz@2-4-4-8? i'll be running @ 200ish at 2226
have have not seen scores where the hyperX has beaten corsair on latency. 2448? and ur saying the X will do 2226?
good luck
