Apparently my mom already knew they were having sex, heck, they've been living in an apartment together for a few months now, and sleeping in the same bed.

I guess I was just so naive to think they weren't. Or maybe I didn't want to believe it, either way I just didn't think about it.

Bu she has been on the pill for a while, so I guess thats her excuse.

Yep, the biggest shockers are that they are just living together, not married, and not preganant, and so fast too, they've only been together as boyfriend and girlfriend 6 months now, and they have only been living together about 3 months now.

Update

Just got off the phone with my mom, apparently the test was done with a home pregnancy test.

My sister is going in tomorrow morning to get tested professionally. So we will know tomorrow if she is really pregnant or not.

I don't think Abortion will ever be an option, at least I hope not.

My mom was almost 28 years old when she had me, she was married to my dad for a few years and they were well established before they had me.

We did the same thing, although I can NOT be critical of your sister. We were engaged in various sexual activities before we were married. Plus, we were forced to live together because of circumstances beyond our control.

I wish her all the luck in the world. having kids is full of surprises.

I do understand how you feel. On some dark and deeper level, there is some hideous satisfication in this. I'm sure you and your mom has warned her of this for some time. It's hard when you KNOW something is true, yet they dont listen.

You mom shouldnt be critical of herself for the pregancy though. She should now sit back and watch, knowing the daughter she raised will shine in the tough situation she's in.

The results are back from the tests, she is Pregnant. About 4 weeks in or so.

I just never thought i would be hearing those words so soon
