Usually how much are they per month? Are they avaliable to residentials? Also what speed you get for upload and download usually? Thanks.

pick your favorite dsl isp's website. Anywhere from $400 to $1200 month - depends on your distance, line quality, yadayadayada.

speed is 1.55 Mbps bidirectional

Yes. More or less. There are other advantages to T1 over dsl - especially in a corporate env. For a home setup you'd be crazy to get that over 1500/768 adsl or any SDSL package. You get two 1.1 Mbps SDSL lines and load balance for the price of a single T1

Yeah I always wanted a T-1 to my self. $500 a month here.
