As long as the hose fits watertight over it i dont see why not, just make sure it has the right size fittings

the exos system uses 8mm ID and so does the innovaCOOL rev3.0 block. my question is can the tubbings OD that comes with the exos system be thinker than what the innovaCOOL rev3.0 block supports?

The EXOS requires you to use 1/4" tubing, so if the block is compatible with that diameter of tubing, then yes.

But BE WARNED: Koolance will not provide tech support (or even replacement in most cases) if you use non-Koolance approved coolant, tubing or waterblocks not specified for use with the EXOS.
