I've used bootable CD's and a scripted imaging process using PowerQuest's Deploy Centre (formerly Drive Image Pro). Works like a charm and is considerably quicker than using a floppy. My $0.02....

The latest version of Ghost has a GUI and can be run from within Windows.

It basically works like this, place your image on the bootable CD (if it will fit). Create the bootable CD with a boot sequence that runs the pqimgctr.exe with the appropriate command line switches (see PowerQuest's web site for more info) and run this from the autoexec.bat file. If the image is too large for a CD (and you haven't spanned multiple CD's with it), you'll have to restore the image from a second HDD. This works well too. This process doesn't work (yet) with two partitions on the same HDD, though PowerQuest is working on a way to do this with one drive. Clear as mud? I'll look for any more responses to this thread Monday, I'm outta here for the weekend... :D
