How to determine the netTrans/ooon key to tweak??

Post by perfection2003 »

Yes Yes i have read what's at this site thoroughly.

I has followed a set of instructions from winguides as to how to determine this setting thru the enum\root key followed by the enum\network ket etc to find which Nettrans ley to tweak (i have two - 0000 and 0001) and arrived at 0000

but

when i specified an IP address to obtain (whith is the method given at this site) i found that netTrans item 0001 had to be tweaked for the MTU !! Which is correct ??

What i feel is that 0000 represents my General TCPIP while 0001 represents my Ethernet NIC TCPIP. Could this be right??

Please help and thanks in advance

You might wish to use the Optimizer program. In theory, it was designed to determine the correct key...
