Are you comfortable with your weight?

Post by Humboldt »

Just curious.

I've stayed within ~15 pounds of my high school weight for the past 12 years.

But I could see myself ballooning if I ate as much as I sometimes feel like.

A bit of a gut but nothing too dramatic. Working in a sweatshop, walking my dogs several times per week, and doing all of De Plano's landscaping for him seems to keep the belly in check.

Yes. I wouldn't mind adding a little, but only if it's in the right places.

I'm doing so so these past months. I can lose weight like it's nothing but my diabetes is killing me. I'm about 15 pounds over weight at the moment. Once I get on the pill to help me along I should be better off than I am now.

I worked my tail off for a couple of years to get up to 190-200 lbs...from 155....

I need to shed about 15 lbs to 25 lbs now...older age and genitics with me....dosn't agree with that much weight....I'm borderline high blood pressure...shedding some weight would help.

I'm around 210, and I'd like to lose a few pounds. I'm almost six foot three so it doesn't show too much. After I get my neck and back fixed I'll start getting around more and start some type of exersize program.

I am heavier than when I graduated. Once I got married, I put on like 25 pounds. I can't seem to get my lazy ass to the Y.

I'm comforable but not happy.. I whine about my weight but I do too little..

A few months back I went on a diet to lose some weight and I got down to 135.. now I'm at 141.. was at 146 after christmas..

and i'm planning to get back to a full workout schdule as soon as my shoulder heals... I need to get in shape.... just in case I get drafted or something.. I'm paranoid... I always try to keep myself in top shape if possible.. just in case I have to run down a criminal or someone wanna attack me...
