how do I make My RAID 0 array NTFS??

Well, as per the subject ho`s it done?? I`m just in the middle of formatting (again) and thought I`d try NTFS as opposed to FAT 32 which I`d normally use??

i believe u can convert or format it in the windows install

You can even convert after you install...long as it's NT based. Can convert on the fly, leave all your data intact. Just one line at the command prompt...and a reboot.
