anyone know if there is any tweaks for imesh to speed up uploads/downloads. thanks

They say it's not spyware, but it is. They get around it by telling you up front. I would uninstall it and use KaZaA Lite, to tweak it just tweak your connection as you normally would.

How to download faster for Kazaa Lite :

Always have the search for more sources running
Have the cheat program ( Reset participation level ) running
Avoid downloading and uploading at the same time

Or mirc for that matter, much faster and easier search - but requires experiments and mebbe a little hard for newbies. The program is excellent for downloading, but if u perfer p2p i guess ill go along with steele. Install Kazaa Lite but run ad-ware afterwards, cuz i think i notice a new components after install.

mric i say is the best it's hard at first if you know a little dos u could get it I like winmx and kazza lite http://www.zeriopaid.com
will give a list of peer to peer amps i think they may have some books on mirc though if u want to take the time
