Audio/Video Capture Cables - Question

I have a Radeon 64 DDR VIVO and Im new to capturing video with audio.

I know how to set everything up to capture video from my VCR,My question is What type of cable do I use to capture the audio with the video?

My vcr has a audio in and out(white),and a video in and out(Yellow).

I want to run a cable from the Audio out on the VCR to the "Line In" on my Turtle Beach Sound Card.
that way i capture both audio and video from my vcr...

What kind of cable do I need to look for?

go to ratshack and ask for a y-adapter one end rca and the other end 1/4" stereo phone plug
