Bad move, ZA sucks :( , anyway try booting into safe mode and removing it or use system restore. :D

P.S. Go back to Tiny or even Sygate. :)

Oh yeah.... once you get it uninstalled (if you don't use system restore) go to ZA site and remove all the left over crap from it.... you have to do it manually. :(

Go into your registry and make sure you delete ALL of ZA manually. It's as bad as AOL. :p I myself like Sygate's free version.

I have been using ZA for well over a year. Both versions 2 and 3. Never had any trouble.

YES! ZA SUX badly. Use Sygates' free version :) ,Tiny,or Outpost. If your still loop booting go to controll advanced/pannel/systems/startup and recovery/settings. in settings there is a box that says "automaticaly restart" under system failure. uncheck it.
P.S. if you have a windows key (usually between ctrl/alt) press that and pause break to bring uo your system window. ;)

I have noticed a slow down in my connection when using ZA, random disconnects, image display problems & it is a pain in the A#@ to fully remove from your pc. :) ;)

one more question... mnosteele, you recommend sygate and tiny (i guess you like sygate better). And also i saw outpost somewhere.

What is better about sygate than tiny, outpost? how about which one uses less system resources and is a faster performer?

Just narrowing down my choices :P

In my opinion Sygate uses very little resources and has a very easy interface to use, it also has allot of nice extra security features. :) :D

Just wanna make sure its easy for my dad :P

Yes it does and an extra security feature that goes along with that is if the app that is trying to access the internet changes in any way it asks for permission again..... just to be safe. :) ;)
