This is new to me cause all my other games I don't have to have the disc in the drive to play.

I beleive you can burn an image of the disc on your hard drive with software such as disccopy. This is handy for notebooks.

yeah, a guy at work says he uses "CDspace" to make virtual cdroms on his hard drive... from which he could "theoretically" access backups of his cd games.

Use the Demos EXE in place of your retail EXE. Be sure to back up.

Download the demo exe from my site if you don't have it installed ... here.

WHY NOT? I can not figure out how to get this thing to work with out having the disk in. I couldnt find the nocd crack.

I dropped the demo exe in the system folder. Seems to work okay, yet to have a problem. Only thing that worries me is the size difference in the exe's. I backed up the retail exe, so if I do have problems, I can always go back.

Anybody know where to get the nocd crack because its aggrevating having to switch between my hitman2 disk and my ut2k3 disk. :mad:

Yeah, earlier in this thread...a link to gamecopy was posted. Get all you need there to make life easier for owners of legitimate copies.
