Hey Guys,
Im in need of help! I downloaded Norton2003 BETA off their website (bad idea). Anyway the trial expired, and i want to go back to noton 2002! So i uninstall 2003, and install 2002, and as im in the wizard on the 3rd screen (where you select what you want to run (IE:,scheduler, liveupdate ... ect) ... and it freezes. Just sits there, and it did the same thing to my friends computer! Any of you guys ever heard of this problem ???, or is there a manual way to remove norton 2002/3 ? I tried their program, but it dont really work ... it leaves alot of files behind.
Thanks guys.

You're going to have to wait until:
1) They update RNAV.EXE to include removing NAV 2K3,
or
2) They post a support page on manually removing NAV 2K3
And hopefully learn that trying a beta program as "system deep" as an antivirus program is risky business, even if from Symantec.
