Question regarding Ramdisk Home Xp software

After running this software is there anything more that I have to do? I ask this because I don't see anything appearing in the temp folder that was created on the new drive that it created.

You can redirect your internet temp files onto your ramdisk for faster loading.

1.Open Internet Explorer>Tools>Internet Options>Delete Cookies

2.Open Internet Explorer>Tools>Internet Options>Delete Files

3.Open Internet Explorer>Tools>Internet Options>Clear History

4.Open Internet Explorer>Tools>Internet Options>Settings>Move Folder>Point this to your Ramdisk.
