hey guys

im designing a website, and it has lots of pictures ... ( i might even do the "girls" :D with this ...) but im lookin for a javascript or something so i can do this:

I have like 20 pics in a dir, and what i want to do is have them look like this ...

Like the big picture will be changed to the picture (thumbnail) below that was selected ... erm i hope i made sense. Maby one of u http geniouses have seen a free script around or something ?

ColdFusion, don't do that with the babe pics. Keep them original size, don't reduce them fit in some little "box," I hate that.

Just my 2 cent's worth.

thanks a million dude ... really appreciate it ... but iv never really used javascript before ... i can understand it somewhat, but if you would be nice enough just to give me a small example of how to use it ... i will get the hang 100% ...

Didn't you WRITE some code for Norm once? Are you just jerking us around that you don't know how to integrate this javascript?

Why not just look at the actual source code from the page that Banshee posted? That will tell you exactly how it was used and where

well yes, that was mirc code, not javascript lol. I know it goes inbetween <head> and </head> but i dont understand how you do like a picture or something ... but now as im writing this post ... the command came to my head ... haha i love it when it does this :D

hey, coldfusion, due to Ghosts rant i made the Thumbz a little bigger for the pickz you have hosted on blynk, lookz alot better.

2 lazy to Pm and wanted to try the new Quick Reply :_D

Heh, the issue I have is not with the thumbnails, which are small by necessity, but rather the pic size when you click on the thumb.

I've gone to sites where I KNOW from past experience the original image is a nice big one with lots of detail, only to get some puny 500x300 image. Why the hell even bother, is my feeling on the matter.

Sorry for the unintentional threadjack, ColdFusion. ;)
