cpu cooling

I am looking for better cpu cooling,have stock setup now,but i will be OCing as soon as i can find proper cooling.P4 478 pin on asus P4b533 mobo.

Thank's,but i bought a thermaltake7+volcano fan,sink combo.However,it does'nt work as well as stock setup!!!This combo should be better than what i have,checked setup again,used thermal paste,checked fan(blowing on sink),but still run's @ 15 degrees hotter,am using stock right now and am at 104 degrees while folding,which i was told by my friend/moderater ken,will cause system to run somewhat hotter because folding uses alot of processer speed.Any idea's on why this combo is not cooling as it should?It has to be a better combo than what i have,with the solid copper/thin fin sink and the 70mmx70mmx25mm fan running at @6000 rpm!!!!Any help would be great!!!!!
