directX9 problems.....need help

directX9 problems.....need help

i downloaded and installed directX 9 beta a few months back, and now if i run a program that uses directX i get this little popup box saying that direct draw or direct sound is out of date and to download directX from microsofts site..........

now my question is:

does anybody have the latest copy of directX 9 beta or am i screwed and will have to re-install winXP over a stupid popup box

Never use a beta program, especially for directx. Try to find Directx Buster on this site and it will delete 9.0 and put 8.1 back on your system!!!
