I just found out about this program tonight and dl this then turned it on while i was downloading can you tell me if this is good ?

Hmm, don't know which one gives you the download rating, but having a guess at which rating it looks amazing. 216k/bs? is that right?

216KB/Sec x 8 = 1728 :-)

Lobo doesn't seem to be around these days. Maybe Mnosteele will be able to help. I know Lobo uses this.

Yes NetStat is a good diagnostic tool to keep an eye on your speed and your speed is great.
